PHD was formally known as Pease Grinding which started in Dayton, Ohio in 1979 and expanded from 10 customers to over 150. PHD was moved to Van Wert, Ohio in 2014 by family to carry on the same level of quality and service our customers have come to expect. PHD offers precision machining for the automotive, aerospace, electrical, electric motor, and marine industries to name a few. Our extensive quality control program ensures equipment and gages are calibrated and procedures well defined.
