I have been an animal lover all my life. I graduated from Brigham Young University in 1989 with a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science and worked for a while as a Veterianary Technician. After I got married and started having children I spent the next 20 years raising them. A few years ago I was introduced to a local groomer who offered to train me and I jumped at the opportunity. Since then I have attended nationally recognized workshops in order to further my grooming knowledge and experience. I have been working as a professional groomer for the past 4 years in a local salon but now I'm excited to open a grooming salon on the back porch of my own home to make things a little more convenient, less stressful for the dogs and more comfortable for me. My kids are mostly grown with two in college and one in high school which means I don't have little ones to care for and my time grooming is never interrupted by them. I also have two German Shepherds but they spend most of their time outside and are also not a bother. I have made sure that the atmosphere in my salon and my home is a comfortable and less stressful environment for the dogs I groom. It is my goal to always provide you and your dog with the best groom I am capable of.
