Kids Kingdom MCP Mission Statement: Our mission at Kid’s Kingdom Early Childcare is threefold. 1. To provide nurturing childcare in an educational environment. We are committed to being a family orientated, safety conscious, and educationally based childcare center. As such, our goal is to provide a fun & educational experience for all Kids Kingdom Children, while specializing in reading, writing, music education and art education as well as special needs education and family bonding exercises for clients and their families. 2. To provide the very best care possible for children who have special needs; assisting them with therapy, though music as well verbal and nonverbal communication exercises (Sign Language) as well as cognitive and motor skills. To assist the child in being as independent as possible as they get older. 3. To provide financial support to Kenton’s Place a new 501.c3 Organization that supports area families in many different areas. . Community Families are our number one priority at Kid’s Kingdom. This is why we will donate a portion of our profits to Pregnancy and child loss organizations like Kenton's Place. Kids Kingdom & Music Children Play Philosophy: Our philosophy is the belief that each child is a unique individual, that children learn by doing, and that first few years of their lives are the most important developmental time. We provide an environment that encourages children to develop a positive self-worth, self-esteem, and the ability to socialize with others through positive interactions and play. We are but a stop along a child’s way to greatness in whatever they become as adults. We mold them, and we teach them, we help them grow. Children need a loving nurturing environment to foster who they will become. In this way yelling is never appropriate in this setting, unless they are in danger of injury. Tender loving explanations and communication with discipline will go a long way in mutual respect between the teacher and the children. If we foster loving communication with children now, they will do the same with their children or students when they reach adulthood.
