You’re always welcome to create an account with us for free, by clicking the sign in button in the right hand corner on our website, provide your mobile number, request sign in code, and then it’ll ask you for your first and last name, email address, and that’s it! Add additional information when you’re ready to book. Our hours of operation are 7 AM through 11 PM daily. Use your current location by opening up the app with Waze or Google and put in your pick up location, and destinations to calculate your miles. Scroll through our booking system and look for your miles. For example: if your miles is 29.6, scroll down and look for 29 miles, that’s it, very simple! If you need to be dropped off, and picked up later, book both together, and leave important instructions through your profile. If you put in the wrong pick up or drop off location, unfortunately you forfeit your rideshare appointment. Our drivers have other appointments to pick up, and it’s important that we are on time for each rideshare appointment.
