We are a retail nursery, landscape and restoration company in the High Sierra. The two owners are avid botanists, naturalists and gardeners with degrees in the biological sciences: Eric Larusson: horticulture, CSU Chico and molecular biology (botany minor), Humboldt State. Rob VanDyke: Biology, CSU Chico with graduate studies and lab teaching in plant physiology and biochemistry. Prior to the the Villager, we worked in a wide variety of agricultural, horticultural and biological laboratory jobs in forests, orchards, vineyards, plantations, production green houses, propagation, tissue culture, nursery production, landscape construction, construction, estate maintenance and more.
