Although the look of the baked creation is highly important, the taste and freshness are even more important in the end. Any baked creation can look amazing but if it tastes not so enjoyable then it's simply something pretty to look at. This is why, I will ONLY use fresh ingredients. My desserts will never be frozen or made weeks in advance and decorated just before the due date. In the same regard, my fillings or frostings will never be premade in advance either. I want everything that I make to be the best! No Exceptions!
