Upon receiving your media will carefully inspect each and every item. There are many differences in the items we work with and If there are any concerns on our part we will e-mail you. If there are no concerns on our part the item will be cleaned then transferred to our computer. Most of the time the music can be enhanced to sound as good as or better than the originals when they were new. Sometimes we see ones that will be too physically damaged to work with and in that case we can do nothing. Some could simply need more work than others and if you would like, we could attempt to repair some of the deeper scratches well enough for us to be able to copy it.
