I had never been to a Scentsy party nor did I even own a warmer (I was a candle person) and for that matter I had never smelled a Scentsy Bar prior to signing up. I viewed the Scentsy Mission Statement, the catalog, looked at the startup cost, the support system, and the incentive programs. For $99 I was convinced Scentsy was for me. I signed up and started setting my goals to meet in my first 15 days as well as 70 days. I wrote them down and put them in my calendar and on my ice box. In my first 15 days I hit Shooting Star then Scentsational Start Level 2 by my 70th day. In my first year I hit Lead Consultant. 5 years later I am a SuperStar Consultant and now have a Team of 22. My husband Robert Osborn has joined me in my Scentsy Journey and We have decided to expand our business to 3 different Regions: Mexico, Canada, Spain, France, UK, Germany, Australia & New Zealand. Scentsy has allowed me to meet some amazing people that started out as customers and are now good friends and Team Members. I earned my first incentive cruise in 2018 and meet some amazing leaders that I now call my Scentsy brothers and sisters. Scentsy is the only job that I know of that encourages you, provides resources to help you grow your business, a support group that lifts you up, incentives to keep you motivated, pays you days in advance, and has a warranty to back up their products.
