This Old Orchard Beach Inn is comprised of two buildings, the Victorian Main House built in 1903 by renowned Architect John Calvin Stevens during the beaches heyday, and the 1920’s Bungalow called The Cottage. All guest rooms are sunny, unique and comfortably decorated with antiques. Choose from a cozy, romantic room for two to a two-bedroom suite for a family of five. Our Old Orchard Beach Lodging offers newly renovated one-bedroom kitchenette suites are also available. All rooms have private bathes, air-conditioned and are non-smoking.

Most of our fifteen (15) rooms have been recently updated with brand new beds, air conditioning, kitchenettes and more. The Oceanic Inn is owned and operated by Armand Vachon of Old Orchard Beach, Maine and has been in business for four decades. Armand speaks fluent French for the benefit of our visitors from Canada and France.

Our goal is to make your stay with us as relaxing as possible. Each morning you will be greeted with a basket full of goodies, hot coffee and the local newspaper. We offer you a choice of 1 or 2 bedroom units, each filled with Maine coast, country charm. Each unit is professionally decorated in a nostalgic 40’s motif, yet all 8 units have modern conveniences of today. Amenities include: telephone, cable TV, Wi-Fi access, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, fully equipped, efficiency kitchenette with microwave oven, full bath and access to a relaxing hot tub.
