We understand that fitness is not always fun but we do our best to provide ways of incorporating fitness that make it more enjoyable for our members in the hopes of increasing their odds of success. Although our office is staffed during select hours - both clubs are open to members 24/7/365. All membership packages include the following at no extra charge: a 24-hour tanning salon, Kidz Zone, group exercise classes, 24-hour virtual classes, dry sauna, in addition to the usual variety of strength machines, free weights and cardio equipment. The Huntsville club also has an indoor running/walking track and a cardio theater available.

Founded in 2010 in Hoover, AL, 24e was opened by Wayne Alford. Having been a member of many gyms in the Birmingham area, Wayne knew the biggest concerns most people have when it comes to choosing a gym are costs, cleanliness, hours, and well-maintained equipment and facilities. He took those concerns and designed the first 24e location around them. The 24e team was able to sustain the success at the Hoover location, and has continued adding locations without losing our core values. While the company has added additional ways for our members to break a sweat without breaking the bank, we have continued to focus on provide them well maintained facilities, top of the line equipment, and first-class customer service, while maintaining an affordable price.
