Since 2007 The Body Syndicate has offered training services to all ages, body types and fitness levels. Robert Hatch, Pres, is a former competitive bodybuilder. Alida McDaniel, VP, overcame obesity & holds two culinary degrees. We're a full service personal training company offering 30 and 60 minute individual training sessions. Small group and bootcamp classes are 60 minute sessions and offered at set times during the day. Our online training includes fully customizable programs with full color pictures, description of proper of form and technique and videos of each exercise. Personalized nutritional counseling and educational grocery shopping trips are offered as an add on to any program package.
