In our legacy club locations we offer a heated pool and spa for relaxation and a great workout. A membership at Shapes provides exciting ways to maintain a strong and healthy body, mind and spirit, with dues that fit into your budget... flexible monthly plans and convenient prepaid options are available for our renewable and seasonal packages. Unlimited group exercise and aquatic classes are included free of charge, along with use of the pool, whirlpool, steam, sauna and Kids club.* Members can enjoy complimentary fitness evaluations (measurements, body composition, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, blood pressure and goal setting) every month and demonstrations of the cardiovascular and circuit-training resistance machines at no charge.
