Here at Makaleha Mana Gym we focus on the individual clients needs, limitations, goals, and commitment level. All programs are designed after a thorough physical and exercise assessment has been performed. Progress tracking is ongoing to ensure optimal results. Support is provided via weekly emails and facility visits. Our main focus is teaching the client how to put everything together so they may continue to see results even after their training with us is completed.
