Base Strength & Conditioning's foundation is built on top of its full time, college-degreed, and experienced training teams. Our facilities are staffed with full-time employees who fully dedicate themselves to our members and clients on and off the floor, as well as, an unwavering commitment to continuing education. Our specialists have gone through the Right Fit internship (6-months unpaid), over one year of observation time and team teaching, and must successfully manage and reach results with personal training clients and team accounts before being recognized as a trainer specialist.
