YOGA ON YORK was founded in July of 2002 by husband and wife team, Jeff and Rae Lynn, to be a uniquely welcoming, non-competitive and educational environment for personal growth and change. We specialize in athletic group classes and private instruction that allow you to experience the grounding duality of an invigorated body and a focused mind. Our classes are skillfully arranged to be dynamic and peaceful, vigorous and calming, challenging and fun encouraging deeper levels of inner balance and overall well-being.
