We are a full service pilates studio offering small group reformer, mat and spine corrector classes. We also offer private and duet sessions using cadillac/trapeze, ladder barrel, spine corrector, split pedal chair and other small apparatus. Our instructors are fully educated and trained in pilates with over 20 years experience in pilates, fitness and group fitness. We have one of the largest small group reformer class schedule offering classes Monday - Saturday 8:30am - 7:30pm.
