2. Classes stay small to ensure personal nature of the program. (I know & care about the success of each and every one of my fit campers and do whatever I can to help them reach their goals)
3. Fun food Fridays!!! (I provide a healthy protein smoothie, homemade or store bought favorite energy bar or some kind of healthy treat for everyone to enjoy after Friday's workout! (recipe & nutrition info included)
