I am a Certified Personal Trainer, training clients in a private to semi-private setting in Salem, Oregon. I am independent trainer with NNPT (Nivens Northwest Personal Training) in South Salem. I offer Nutritional guidance in conjunction with a training program. I train anyone with a fitness goal from general weight loss to toning to Figure & Bodybuilding Competitors. I train both Male & Females and all ages as well!

The Tai Chi School of Healing Arts is located in an historic building on the corner of Capitol and D Streets NE in Salem, OR. The facility is a collaborative of psychotherapy, massage therapy, naturopathy, meditation and the school co-creating the Healing Arts Center at Justice Rossman House. The school curriculum includes sitting Meditation, Tai Chi Chuan, Six Silent Sound Qigong and Pa Kua Chang. Books and DVDs produced by TY Pang are available to support the learning process.
