My interest in fitness began in 2003 when I started my journey of a total weight loss of 130 pounds. After maintaining this weight loss for 2 years, I decided to start teaching group fitness classes. I started with step aerobics and abs, then spin and muscle conditioning. My last certification is in Zumba, which I teach several times a week and really love to do. I teach classes during the week and work as a nurse on the weekends. Having struggled with weight issues my whole life, I am passionate about helping others set and achieve their goals. I believe anyone can achieve their goals with a combination of determination, hard work and professional guidance with diet and exercise. I believe I can help you achieve your goals.
