We are open for people to come and experience P90X, Les Mills Pump, Les Mills Combat, Turbo Kick, Piyo and other programs first hand. We also offer individual workout rooms for you to get a great workout in by yourself or with a friend. Just bring your own DVD in or borrow one of ours. Karen is a certified P90X instructor.
