Whether you're comfortable working out with a group of like-minded women, or prefer to work out, one-on-one, in the comfort and privacy of your home, we will work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our classes run between an hour and an hour and a quarter and work every major muscle group. Our students love the long, relaxing stretch at the end of every class, and they certainly earn it!
