Our training programs have proven results over the past 9 years. Our kids program ranges from 5 year olds to 12 and are offered 5 days a week from 5:30pm - 6:30pm. Adult and teen Jiu-Jitsu classes are held M-F from 6:30pm - 7:30 pm. MMA and Boxing classes are from 7:30pm - 8:30pm M-F for adults and teens. We offer a 3 Day pass to experience what we have to offer. Instructor has more than 3 decades of martial arts training and is currently a 5° Jiu-Jitsu Black belt.
