Class Times: Mon 6:30pm - Cardio Toning. A super fun class playing pop music and more. Added small weights to give you that little bit extra. If you have 1 or 2lb weights, feel free to bring them. Wednesday 6:30pm- Zumba (international music & dance styles including salsa, hip hop, country & more) Friday - 9:30am -45 minutes of Zumba and 15 minutes of free weights set to music. Sat - 11am -Same as Friday We are located in Cochranville in the West Fallowfield Township Building convenient to Parkesburg, Coatesville, West Grove, Jennersville, Gap, Avondale, Lincoln University, Chatham, Avon Grove and Oxford. Each class is only $5! You can pay as you go. Come anytime and join us. We do not have sessions.
