Kickboxing Club Fitness (KBXC) is for individuals looking to take their health and fitness to a new level. Our instructors combine many different elements of training to make sure you get results. Our team is super friendly, knowledgable, patient and will give you the right amount of push and motivation to give you a good sweat and make it fun. KBXC has a well-rounded class schedule that will allow you to try different workouts. We welcome all, no experience is necessary. All members can workout at their own fitness level. Classes are high-energy and motivating, and we will make sure to push you to those goals you seek. Classes include: Fitness Kickboxing, Power Kickboxing, and Jus Kickboxing (Cardio, Strength & Tone.)
