Our Anti-Bully Tactics use practical applications of grappling. All ten techniques are non-striking in nature. Our second goal is to introduce adults and children to basic common sense self defense skills and cardiovascular training through our Free-Style Cardio-Kicking Classes.
Our third goal is to expose women to Self Defense Techniques through our Women's Self Defense Seminars. Through these seminars we would like to direct women in a way that will build a sense of heightened self-awareness.
