What I bring to my clients is more than just a workout with barbells and dumbbells, it's over 25 years experience in everything from boxing to martial arts, from bodybuilding competitions to culinary skills. I have a very unique style and approach to my training, from young and old to fit and not so fit. I pride myself on having built my body naturally, without steroids- through diet, hard work, and the power of creative visualization. My fitness regimen balances four factors: strength training, cardio, stabilization exercises, and flexibility. I believe that balance is the key to success in any area of life, and the body is no exception. I engage in high intensity interval training twice a week thru using various methods from the treadmill, to kettlebells, to the heavy bag, mixed martial arts, in addition to free weights. I train like an athlete- incorporating compound movements superset with isolation movements, giant sets, drop sets, calisthenics, and plyometrics.
