With combined experience of 10 years, Senseis Mercee Smith and Dovi Yarmush teach a combination of kickboxing, boxing, muay thai, and self defense in a traditional belt-rank program. This is a PRACTICAL martial arts curriculum that will teach DISCIPLINE, FOCUS, and RESPECT while gaining STRENGTH and CONFIDENCE. There are many martial arts dojos in the area but none combine the best of disciplines in a format for practical use. Our dojo is not only a school, it is a community. We offer classes for young children, teenagers, and adults. Our schedule is one of flexibility so that our students can decide what day of instruction works best for them.
