January of 2004 I was guided to open up a spiritual facility. May of 2004, Spirit, Mind, & Body Wellness Link was opened in Avon, CT to help educate people, help them find their own souls purpose, for me to be a channel for one to heal themselves, and to connect with those who have crossed over. October 2009 my family and I moved to Moore County, NC and renamed the business to Essential Connections. As a Reiki Master/Teacher, Psychic Medium, Animal Communicator, and Coach Healer I have a deep love and passion for the work that I do and is reflected through the work that I perform.
