Carlisle Karate - The Dragon's Way School of Kenpo teaches martial arts to children and adults of all ages how to defend themselves, to learn key life lessons, to recognize bullies and potential danger whilst building self confidence and self discipline in a safe family environment.

Programs are especially designed to help your child develop key areas in their life at their specific times in their life. Programs are: Happy Pandas (2 yrs. & adult), Daring Dragons (3-4 yrs.) The Powers Within (5-7 yrs.) and Tweens (8-12 yrs.) By using Martial arts techniques to improve self-control and self-discipline, martial arts drills to sustain focus and coordination, yoga for balance and calming the mind and games for team building and good sportsmanlike conduct, students are able to begin a healthy journey toward building their potential.
