Women's Tactical Training Self-Defense Course We currently offer 3 levels of Women's Tactical Self-Defense training for your individual needs. Each level will progressively get more advanced, to involve leg strikes and take downs at level III. Level II will involve more advanced foot work, and level I will get you prepared to defend against most attacks. Level I, II & III You will learn how to defend yourself against: * Frontal attacks * Attacks from behind * Grabs * Punches * Attacks from the side First Class is Free!
