Body Parts Fitness is based on total body aerobics and core strength. Kettelbells is great for endurence, cardio, strength and grip. We also offer many types of defensive tactica training - Rape, street, law enforcement, weapons, children danger awareness and defense, plus much more. Our base is in Isshinryu however we also work with pressure points, joint locks and ground techniques along with improvised weapons of a every day use.
