Chris Waddell's Martial Arts started in 2005 in Lenoir City, TN. We teach traditional Chang-Hun Taekwondo. We teach everyone to work at your own pace to achieve your own goals. we generally start taking children as early as 4 years of age. We have also recently added Gracie Jiu- Jitsu to our class progarm . Under Brad Hatchers Martial Arts in Maryville,TN Martial arts has been proven to help children in school. It teaches them how to focus and also channel energy into a positive way helping their grades and attention. Children are also taught when and where not to use their martial arts. It is not used to start fights but it will teach the children how to stand up for themselves and defend themselves if it comes down to that.
