Michele Baker, E-RYT, RMT, has been enjoying the benefits of practicing yoga since 1999. She began teaching yoga in 2007. Michele developed her passion into a business and founded Yoga Plus in June of 2010 and the studio opened on May 1, 2011. Our philosophy is to help each student live a life balancing body, mind and spirit. Practicing yoga helps to achieve this balance by combining physical poses, breathing techniques and meditation.
