We teach men, women and children. Our programs are aimed at self-defense more than tournament type sparring and forms only. Starting with our Lil' Dragons program for 4-5 year olds. Children's program for ages 5-12 and Adult for ages 13 and up. Have fun, get in shape, meet some positive thinking new friends. Set some goals and achieve them in 2011.
