Free Yoga Club began at the start of the Corona Virus in the US. We were required to close our yoga studio and were trying to find a method to stay linked to our yoga family of buddies, students and instructors. We were likewise halfway through a 200 hour yoga instructor training. The individuals in the yoga instructor training needed to complete 50 yoga classes with the lead trainer, Janet Parks.
