About Us Vigor Transformations is dedicated to helping you get the results you want. Through multidiscipline training styles and techniques each session is geared towards your individual needs. This allows you to get the most out of your work out in the least amount of time. We recognize that not everyone is the same; therefore not everyone will train in quite the same way. Training is conducted in a small group setting however; you may or may not be doing what others in the group are. Again, this is because each of your training sessions are geared towards your individual training needs.
