We're a former U.S. Navy family who's roots are from Cumberland, RI. We started this venture as a team who share a passion for the love of boats and being on the water with the intent to create a business that specializes in custom marine canvas of high quality. Our instructors will guide you through various punch, kick, knee, elbow, grappling, self-defense techniques and combinations. You will sharpen your techniques by conducting drills on pads/targets as well as with a partner/opponent.
