Martial Arts & Fitness training provided by an Internationally certified Black Belt (5th Dan) & Fitness Trainer/Sports Nutritionist (CFT, CFST, CSN) offering one-on-one training in Traditional Karate and Hand-To-Hand Combat, Self-Defense as well as Strength Conditioning utilizing both Weight Training & Functional Strength Training using Bodyweight Exercises. Sports Nutrition counseling is also available. Our goal is to provide the tools necessary to become disciplined in an often undisciplined world.
