Top Notch Canine was founded by Reagan Williams and is located in Knoxville, Tennessee. We offer basic obedience, advanced obedience, potty training, house manners, and rehabilitate reactive dogs. All are board and train programs and short boards, but we do offer one on one single private lessons.
