Although we are a commercial manufacturer we still do things the old fashioned way, with people not machines. Our master confectioners carefully watch our small batches simmering in copper kettles to ensure we set the standard for high quality confectionery. We use the finest quality all natural ingredients in each batch that we make. We have refused to modernize and mechanize our factory the way that most other candy companies have. Instead we've preserved the integrity of our product by freezing a moment in American history, and continuing to do it the way generations before us have.
