Picture In 2010, I, Gigi Garcia, founded GoRaw2Day a mobile raw food and juicing consulting business. My personal journey into juicing and raw food began in 2003 when I discovered that I could have energy, youth and clarity all by juicing. Prior to transitioning to a more whole food and raw diet I was constantly tired running after three children. A typical day consisted of drinking a few diet cokes, 2 or 3 Starbucks and maybe a Red Bull or two. I was always tired, always stressed and very overwhelmed from the stresses of running my own real estate business and being a full-time mom.
