Dr. Footer received his medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine. He remained at the George Washington University for residency, where he received the Allan B. Weingold Award for Excellence in Medical Education. He continues to contribute to medical education as a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the George Washington University School of Medicine, where he recently received an Excellence in Teaching Award. Dr. Footer is a native of Montgomery County, Maryland

Dr. Wagar attended Oregon Health & Sciences University School of Medicine. He completed his OB/GYN residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC where he earned the "Best Teaching Resident" award. He has been in practice since 2002, including several years as Professor at Oregon Health & Sciences University where he helped to lead in the surgical training of residents. Dr. Wagar has a special interest in Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) including advanced laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. He is an experienced robotic surgeon, having used the da Vinci Robotic Surgery platform since 2007. Dr. Wagar is Board Certified, a member of The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and The American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. Dr. Wagar and his wife have three daughters. He enjoys skiing, cycling and hiking with his family, and is an avid fan of all Washington teams.
