Dr. Amatey Wensel Meet Dr. Amatey Wensel Dr. Wensel loves meeting people from all walks of life and listening to their unique stories. If you choose to visit our office, she will make every attempt to serve your family and deliver a positive dental experience. Dr. Wensel attended the University of Texas at Dallas, where she earned her Bachelor degree in Biology and Business, and completed her dental studies at Baylor College of Dentistry, earning her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Wensel attends many continuing education seminars, most recently learning about the latest in CAD-CAM crown technology. She is a member of the Texas Dental Association, East Texas Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. A native of Dallas, TX, Dr. Wensel currently resides in Lantana, TX with her fiance Michael, German shepherd, Ava, and cat named Torbi. When she’s not working, Dr. Wensel enjoys exploring outdoors with a run or hike and riding her horse Syngergy (jumping and dressage). Dr. Wensel, a native Texan loves serving North Texas Families. After opening in 2016 Saddlebrook Dental & Orthodontics has made great strides to help Gainesville, TX families enjoy healthy, beautiful smiles.
