Well, getting more into our diet is hard because of all the yummy foods that we love to eat: pizza, meat, pasta, sandwichies, cereal, etc. So, I try to mimic comfort foods JUST using fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds oils and spices...WITHOUT cooking (destroying a lot of the nutrition and creating carcinogens). This way, we get healthy food that tastes and looks like the food we are used to enjoying.
I try to make my recipes simple (10 ingredients or less), fast (10 minutes or less), and inexpensive ($10 or less). This way, moms like me who don't have much time or money can still eat healthy. :) Then I teach YOU how to make them.
