Kelly Lewallen is a licensed marriage and family therapist who has earned a reputation for excellence by providing counseling and therapy services to Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City, La Quinta, and the Coachella Valley since 2000. She has recently opened a practice in San Diego, serving the areas of La Jolla, Del Mar, and Pacific Beach. Kelly holds a bachelors in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Washington and in 1997, received her Master’s degree in Psychology and Counseling from Chapman University. She focuses on relationship counseling, teen and child counseling, couples therapy, eating disorder treatments and marriage counseling. She is also trained as a psychotherapist in EMDR therapy, helping her clients to reprocess traumatic events such as car accidents, abuse, assault, natural and unnatural disasters. Kelly helps her clients bridge new behaviors and establish healthy relationships with themselves and others.
