This practice focusses on providing individualized comprehensive care to best address the specific challenges of our clients. I have expertise in working with depression, anxiety, adhd, OCD, PTSD, couples issues, stress, behavioral isssues, and many other conditions. My area of focus is in working with adults and chidren who have adhd. I work help these individuals thrive in their educational, work, social, and family lives. My practice uses some approaches that assist clients to excell beyond where traditional counseling could take them. I use a treatment approach called neurofeedback. This treatment is an alternative to medication therapy. It is useful in treating ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, autism spectrum conditions, PTSD, Learning Disabilities, insomnia, and many other issues.
