Chapel Hill Psychotherapy provides compassionate individual therapy for adults. I am Anne M Coleman, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker with more than 20 years of experience. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, burnout, relationship difficulties, caregiver stress, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, drawing from psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and supportive therapy. I offer in-person appointments at my Chapel Hill office and secure online therapy throughout North Carolina. I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, Aetna, and the North Carolina State Health Plan; private-pay and out-of-network options may also be available.
