I am a Registered Dietitian and Consulting Nutritionist in Westchester County, NY. While my nutrition offices are located in Ossining, NY and Cortlandt Manor, NY, most of my clients come from all areas of Westchester, Putnam and Rockland Counties. I have been helping individuals and families with their food and nutrition needs for over 30 years. Because I participate in so many health insurance plans, my services are very affordable for most of my clients and I am able to help them improve their health and nutrition throughout their life cycle and as their health conditions change. I provide nutrition counseling and the support needed to change eating behaviors aimed at improving health, preventing disease, and maintaining weight.
