Colleen Brown, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist. Dr. Brown earned bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology from The Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in general psychology from New York University. She graduated from La Salle University, Philadelphia, with master’s and doctorate degrees, both in clinical psychology. Dr. Brown is accepting new patients of all ages.

Rebecca Kenderes is certified physician assistant and the Director of Student Health and Physician Assistant Services. She attended Marywood University, where she earned her undergraduate degree with a double major in pre-physician assistant and Spanish language studies, and also completed physician assistant school. She also completed the Primary Care Transformation Executive Fellowship through A.T. Still University’s School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona. Fluent in Spanish and English, she sees patients of all ages.

Chelsea Hafner is a certified registered nurse practitioner at The Wright Center for Community Health School-Based Practice. She earned her master’s degree in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from the University of Scranton. She is accepting patients of all ages.

The Scranton Counseling Center is a private, nonprofit organization incorporated in 1947. The Center is a comprehensive behavioral healthcare program providing a complete range of evaluative and treatment services. These services are provided either directly at our facilities on Adams Avenue or through affiliation with other qualified providers/programs. SCC staff members have varied educational backgrounds and training to meet the different needs of the people we serve. Our staff includes psychiatrists, licensed psychologists, masters level behavioral specialists, licensed social workers, art therapists, nurses, caseworkers, behavioral analysts as well as other mental health and intellectual disability specialists. Our facilities are licensed according to standards set by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Providing comprehensive diagnostic audiologic evaluations, hearing aid fittings, aural rehabilitation, ear molds, swim plugs, hearing protection, batteries and repairs for all makes of hearing aids.
