We Are a State-of-the-Art Campus Offering Short-Term Rehabilitation Services, Long-Term Skilled Nursing Care, Assisted Living Apartments, and Dementia Care Home Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood not too far from Waukesha Memorial Hospital, LindenGrove-Waukesha is a 135 bed short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care facility. Linden Heights is a 60 unit assisted living apartment. Linden Court-Waukesha is a 24 bedroom residential memory care home.
